The content, articles, news, figures, statements and data published are for informational and disclosure purposes only, may come from third-party sources, agencies, press releases, contributors or the Site's own editorial work, and under no circumstances constitute professional, legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

The Owner does not guarantee, and expressly excludes all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in relation to:

The accuracy, veracity, currency, completeness or timeliness of the news, figures, prices, statistical data or opinions published.

Intellectual and industrial property — registered trademark

«Euroinmobiliaria^®» is a registered Spanish trademark (word mark), Trademark No. 4,082,986, granted by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) on 8 April 2021.

In accordance with Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks, this registration grants its holder the exclusive right to use the «Euroinmobiliaria^®» trademark in economic trade. The use, reproduction, imitation or registration of this name, or of any sign liable to be confused with it, by unauthorised third parties to identify services identical or similar to those protected, is expressly prohibited; the Owner may bring the civil and criminal actions recognised by trademark and industrial property legislation against such use.

Likewise, the texts, design, code, logos, images and other content of the Site are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the Owner or to third parties who have assigned them to the Owner. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorisation, except for quotation with attribution of the source and a link to the Site.

Privacy policy

The Owner, as data controller, processes any personal data the user may provide (for example, through contact or subscription forms) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
